PMO Administrator || Victorian Government || 12-month contract

Duration - 12 months with possible extension

Work Arrangement - Hybrid

Your new role

Our Vic Gov client is looking for a PMO Administrator for The Service Transformation Program (STP) which was formed to develop a single Case Management System (CMS) for the tracking and management of all cases, including document storage and workflow capability.

Accountabilities

  • Manage the program’s reporting lifecycle including the creation, updating and analysis of agendas, minutes, planning and review meetings, action follow up, reporting calendar upkeep and venue and date coordination.
  • Prepare and analyse reporting packs and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders by interpreting and analysing data.
  • Provides specialist Program administrative and corporate support expertise to the Program and stakeholder group.
  • Alongside the PMO Lead, coordinate activities in establishing and the utilisation of PMO framework.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of Program team members.
  • Facilitate Program assurance activities including scheduling of interviews, collaboration with external assurance providers and collation of review documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proactive nature with the ability to lead with initiative.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a program, portfolio or PMO environment supporting Project Managers and Program Leadership.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program related Governance controls/principles.
  • Proficiency in the MS Suite includes PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word and Excel and JIRA and Confluence. MS Project and MS Visio are desirable. 
  • Demonstrated experience producing and presenting high quality program/project artefacts, translating complex information into a simple and easy to understand language.
  • Demonstrated experience in document creation including templates, processes and toolsets.
