Pay Rate: $590.00 per day + Superannuation
Key accountabilities
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders on key initiatives and projects and assist with collating CST project costs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in planning, implementation and operations principles, tools and procedures, including coordinating compliance and assurance processes, as required at each project stage.
• Present to stakeholder groups and represent the department at site visits, meetings, and consultation forums, including seeking necessary approvals for plans and documents as required.
• Attend and facilitate project coordination forums, including working groups, workshops and risk assessments.
• Participate in management reporting procedures and protocols, including identifying project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Develop and complete checklists, forms, reports, presentations and other documents to facilitate and streamline effective project delivery.
Essential
- Infrastructure Asset project experience
- MS Project and Intermediate Excel experience
