- PMO Analyst
Job Description:
We're seeking a PMO/Assurance Analyst to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our IT projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into details, working collaboratively, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Action Management:
- Keep detailed records of audit actions for the IT department, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
- Partner with action owners to help resolve audit findings, offering the support and guidance they need.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Create the monthly IT Audit Update, showcasing progress and spotting any potential obstacles.
- Assist the Project Controls Manager in getting ready for stage gate reviews, making sure all necessary documents are prepared.
Review and Analysis:
- Participate actively in stage gate review sessions, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Work closely with project teams, initiative owners, and action owners to build strong, collaborative relationships and promote quality assurance.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Collaborate with the Practice team to ensure compliance with our delivery framework.
- Clearly communicate quality standards, compliance expectations, and any process changes.
- Identify common quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop improvement measures to enhance the assurance process.
Process Improvement:
- Proactively look for ways to improve the compliance process and help implement these improvements.
- Address any challenges or resistance to compliance and work towards effective solutions.
