Australian Health Professionals (AHP) Disability & Home Care is looking for a Podiatrist who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live their best life.
About this Opportunity...
In this contract community based role, you will be delivering person centred Podiatry services to a range of participants under NDIS and HCP (Home Care Packages) in Ipswich.
You will collaborate with our clients and participants, their families and other allied health teams to ensure they receive a holistic support plan that meets their specific needs.
About You...
This role requires you to be:
- Qualified Podiatrist
- AHPRA registration
- Committed to providing holistic person centred care
- Hold current National Police Check, Working with Children's check and NDIS Worker Check
- Driver's licence and access to own vehicle
- ABN
- Own tool kit required
