We are looking for a driven and dedicated Policy Specialist to join our Premium and Technical Services team.
Our Premium Team manages the policies of around 105,000 employers as the largest Agent in the Victorian WorkCover Scheme.
As a Senior Team Member, the responsibilities of a Policy Specialist include:
- Processing high value new registrations and policy maintenance that pose a greater material risk to the integrity of the Scheme.
- Mentoring, supporting and coaching Policy Officers as a WorkCover premium subject matter expert.
- Produce premium simulations, allocations and perform more advanced premium analysis and reviews.
- Supporting the Team Leader, participating in any necessary premium meetings with employers, intermediaries and WorkSafe Victoria.
The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:
- High level of attention to detail
- Extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, preferably in a premium-related role.
- Intermediate to advanced level understanding of the WorkCover premium drivers.
- Proven track record of client-facing interactions, including conveying complex information succinctly.
