Pool Service Technician/Installer

Our Company: The I’ve Got Time Group runs three main businesses, The Pool Service Co, The Professional Landscapers and The Property Detailers, these businesses have remote workforces who are trades based and perform regular maintenance, servicing the high- end residential market within Sydney. The business employs respectful, open-minded and proud people who can turn everyday interactions and communication with our customers into positive experiences. 

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team at The Pool Service Company. 

Key responsibilities include:

1. General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
2. Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
3. Sales and installation of new equipment
4. Quote generation and follow up
5. Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Prior experience in the swimming pool industry is paramount, whether as a senior technician or in a service management capacity. A strong practical knowledge of the pool industry is essential. 
2. Exceptional Communication and Organisational Skills are essential for successful leadership and team management.
3. Demonstrated team leadership capabilities,including the ability to work in a team environment, coordinate, and maintain the existing team structure and the training of incoming staff.
4. Collaboration with fellow team members and managers is key to ensuring streamlined communication and effective coordination across all aspects of Pool Service maintenance departments.
