Qualifications & experience
- Opens drivers licence.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
- Have the ability to take personal responsibility for your work.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Be self motivated and able to problem solve.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Travel to client sites and provide exceptional service to their pools.
- Ensure pools are in best health and running efficiently by performing on-site water testing and adding chemicals as required to keep the pool maintained with a correct balance.
- Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment when required
- Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge.
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
