What will my day to day look like?
As a Portfolio Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of client portfolios. Your expertise in Corporate Actions and familiarity with XPLAN, including tax statement processing, will be crucial to your success in this role. You will work closely with advisors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate record-keeping, timely processing, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process Corporate Actions, including dividends, stock splits, mergers, and other events impacting client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate portfolio records in XPLAN and ensure timely and accurate production of client reports and tax statements.
- Process tax statements using XPLAN
- Collaborate with advisors and clients to address inquiries, provide portfolio-related information, and resolve issues.
- Assist in portfolio rebalancing, asset transfers, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
You also have:
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions and experience using XPLAN (including tax statement processing).
