HUB24 is growing, and we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio Administration Services (PAS) Team within Non-custody. As a Portfolio Analyst, your responsibilities will include executing daily portfolio administration tasks, managing reconciliations, and ensuring tax reporting compliance. You'll be a key player in optimizing our portfolio operations and helping our clients achieve their goals.
With potential get involved in an upcoming Pilot of a new product launch, there is a real opportunity to have impact on the growth and overall success of HUB24.
Key responsibilities
- Taking ownership and accountability for assigned project tasks.
- Ability to understand and execute daily, Ad hoc tasks and queries within required timeframes
- Account On-Boarding
- Transaction processing and CGT reconstructions
- Assisting with Cost Base and Income Reconciliation.
- Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving.
- Assist with the annual tax reporting processes.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of annual tax reporting.
- Dealing with internal and external parties to execute client trade instructions and resolve queries.
- Liaising with other operations teams
- Reconciliations
Key skills required
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Basic understanding of Corporate Actions/Income and their effect on cost bases.
- Experience using IRESS/IPS
