We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Hotel All-Rounder. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our hotels within the portfolio. This role encompasses various aspects of the hotel operations, including Front Desk duties, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping support, and other general tasks in the Admin Office.
Key duties include:
  • Assist the Portfolio General Manager, Hotel Managers and Department Heads in coordinating their activities and providing administrative support
  • Assist with Accor/Month End reporting
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Ensure that the stock of stationary items are accounted for and well maintained
  • Ensure there is support and presence in visible in hotel operation at any key time
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work in various hotel departments as needed
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
