- Teamwork: Collaborate with your clients, their families, allied health professionals, and support staff.

Let’s talk about you!
- Degree in psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, social work, education, or nursing is a must.
- You’re passionate about working with people with complex behaviours of concern.
- You’re committed to:
- understanding the principles of evidence-based practice,
- and applying this practice as a PBS practitioner.
- You’re eager to work in various environments like homes, workplaces, the community, schools, prisons, and more.
- You manage and prioritise your workload to meet the clients and the organisation’s needs.
- You excel at building relationships. No matter if it’s with your client, their family, support workers, or medical providers.
- You know the difference between there, their, and they’re. Your communication skills are off the charts – written and verbal.
- You have an Australian driver’s licence
Non-essential, but favourable criteria:
- Registration with AHPRA, SPA, or AASW.
- Previous experience working as a practitioner.
