THE POSITION:

Stream Healthcare is recruiting a Social Worker or Psychologist for a PBS Clinician position based in Perth, WA. You will be working with an NDIS Service Provider specialising in PBS, you will hold a mixed aged case load, and be a part of a vibrant and extremely supportive, close-knit team! This role will see you assist with bettering the outcomes for all clients. You will be responsible for team supervision, service delivery, reporting, hiring and MUCH MORE! SELECTION CRITERIA

• Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, Social Worker encouraged to apply
• Must be a registered PBS Practitioner proficient, advanced or specialist level
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
