In this role you will work on two OneBasin CRC-funded projects that aim to understand and influence how various stakeholders, including community groups and industries, navigate challenges within the context of reduced water availability in the Murray Darling Basin and how sustainable transitions can be incentivised. You will analyse barriers to the adoption of resource-conserving practices on the farmers’ side and interdependencies among decisions of individual farmers as well as bottlenecks at various project, program and institutional levels.
