About the Role
Zenith own, operate, and maintain remote power stations.
We are looking to expand our existing maintenance team with qualified electrical tradespersons to work on a variety of mine sites in WA and NT.
Point of Hire: Perth
Roster: FIFO PERTH, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Position Summary:
Working within the technical operations group this position has the responsibility of executing planned and unplanned electrical/technical works on the equipment within Zenith Energy’s power stations.
Duties are to include, but not limited to:
- Advanced Fault find/trouble shoot and analysis of Power Generation equipment and associated ancillary equipment.
- Assist with Planning and Scheduling of work activities.
- Assist with producing project estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Provide feedback and information as required for the senior management.
You will need to have a flexible approach to rosters and hours of work in order to meet operational requirements.
About You
You will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills to bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Electrical trade qualifications
- 5 years’ post-trade experience within the Power Generation industry.
- Electrical License WA and NT.
- Troubleshoot and program ComAp controllers to suit diesel & gas power station applications.
- Proven technical knowledge.
- Good diagnostic skills.
Desirable requirements:
- BESS experience
