We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft SharePoint/Power Automate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate solutions. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients' business needs, developing effective solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role is based in Brisbane but we are open to Sydney or Melbourne.
Technical Skills Required
- Solid knowledge and build experience of Power Platform, Power Apps solutions, Power Automate Flows and Power Automate Desktop Flows (RPA) capabilities.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft SharePoint Online and build integrations with other data platforms.

Essential Job Functions
- Ability to work and engage with business users and key stakeholders to propose, design, develop and automate application solutions as required.
- Contribute to setting up the Power Platform governance framework.
- Transition existing automation processes from an incumbent environment to the Power platform
- Transition existing forms from an incumbent environment to Power Apps
- Designs, develops and distributes technical reusable components.
- Contributes to applying Microsoft best practice, in role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement.
- Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, customer needs, best practices and competition.
- Establishes credibility at all levels with customers and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues.
- Understands sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales staff in identifying leads.
- Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams, and business unit events; develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs.
