Job Title: Senior Solution Architect/Junior Enterprise Architect

Description: Experis is seeking a Senior Solution Architect/Junior Enterprise Architect with D365 CRM and Power Platform experience to join our Global client working on a state government project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture, focusing on projects involving Power Platform and Dynamics CRM. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders including Business, Data, Application, and Technology teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
- Work independently on projects, taking ownership of the design process from initial customer engagement to the creation of High-Level Design (HLD) documents.
- Provide expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics, offering guidance on how different technologies can be leveraged to meet customer demands.
- Liaise with clients to clarify vague or unclear requirements, and guide them through potential solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to translate HLDs into detailed designs.
- Ensure that all solutions align with architectural principles and best practices.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect or Junior Enterprise Architect.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics, with a broad understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
- Exposure to TOGAF framework is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on projects, delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Full Work Rights in Australia required for this role.
- Ability to pass a Police check (no clearance necessary).
