Your Mission: As a Power Quality SolutionsSales Engineer, you will engage in technical sales focusing on electrical harmonics and reactive power compensation. Your primary goal is to help Quality Energy become a leader in delivering world-class Active Harmonic Filters, Power Factor Correction, and Static Var Generators, both domestically and internationally. You will cultivate and develop strategic partnerships with electrical contractors, consultants, and switchboard builders, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consultants to have Quality Energy’s customised solutions specified on projects and in tenders.
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships to broaden market reach and enhance project delivery.
- Define technical requirements for customers and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Implement a dynamic sales plan following established Quality Energy processes.
- Identify critical customer needs and translate these into actionable solutions.
- Maintain and develop long-term profitable customer relationships through our CRM system.
Desired Profile:
- An engineering degree in power electronics, or power systems, or extensive experience as an electrical engineer with a background in Power Quality.
- Strong technical knowledge, preferably with experience in technical sales or support.
- Willingness to travel interstate as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Team player who is eager to learn and assist others.
- A strong existing network is advantageous but not essential.
