THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the DECJUBA DREAM TEAM as a Brand Marketing Project Lead and deliver AMAZING experiences and events.
As our Brand Marketing Project Lead, you'll report to the Head of Brand Marketing, orchestrating innovative DECJUBA projects to customer, influencer and internal audiences. Your role involves end-to-end project management for events, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-project analysis. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with broader customer experience plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including critical path management and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Responsible for delivering all DECJUBA experiences and events, aligned with brand DNA and to agreed deadlines.
- Own and manage the Events & Project Calendar in collaboration with ELT, retail, PX, and CX teams.
- Engage external suppliers, such as venues, vendors, and talent, for seamless event and project operations, when required.
- Supervise and execute project rollout, troubleshoot issues, and document insights for future planning.
- Support influencer and partnership teams in delivering exceptional experiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, integrating brand communication, VM, influencer, partnerships, digital, and graphic design efforts for cohesive project plans.
- Foster positive relationships with ELT, LT, PX, retail, and CX marketing teams for effective event brief interpretation.
