Great culture, rewarding work, and fabulous team Located just outside of the CBD Full time permanent Salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay by 6-12%  About the Role The Practice Administrator provides administrative support to the Psychology SA practice and the broader UCWB allied health team, ensuring that referrals are managed in a timely manner, bookings are optimised, and the practice is fit for purpose at all times.

  In this small practice, you will have variety in your role, and your responsibilities will include: Providing a high standard of reception and administrative support. Managing the practice management system and scheduling of appointments, ensuring clinician bookings are optimised to meet their KPIs. Ensuring practice billings and other financial processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of process maps and work instructions required for the day-to-day operations of the practice.   Strong willingness to work as part of a team to support the work of UCWB. Demonstrated experienced in an allied health practice setting.

Strong organisational and time management skills Knowledge of Medicare administration of mental health care plans and private health refunds. Familiarity with HICAPS, Medicare and NDIS claiming. Current DHS
