You’ll be working with our team of Dentists, Oral Health Therapists and experienced support staff.
About the role
12-month Maternity leave position- As the Practice Coordinator at Coastal Dental Care Runaway Bay, you will work closely with our Co-Owner and Principal Dentist Dr Will Dear to support the clinical operations and compliance of the practice. You will lead an incredible support team of Dental Assistants and Receptionists, while ensuring the day-to-day organisation of our providers. The position on offer is Full Time with the flexibility of working a 4-day week.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector in a relevant role or 2IC experience
- Working Knowledge of Dental for Windows (D4W)
- Managing and leading teams
- Presenting a professional appearance
- Ability to priorities tasks and manage deadlines
- Current Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Strong organisational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication, customer service and phone skills
- Computer skills, including the use of Office 365 (outlook, excel)
- Diploma in Practice Management or a similar management qualification is preferred
