Our busy 6 chair practice is proud to support our local community and ensures you will go home feeling rewarded for your contribution to patient care and the team. You’ll be working with our team of Dentists, Oral Health Therapists and experienced support staff.
About the role
This is a 12-month Maternity leave contract. As the Practice Coordinator at Coastal Dental Care Runaway Bay, you will work closely with Dr Will to support the clinical operations and compliance of the practice. You will lead an incredible support team of Dental Assistants and Receptionists, while ensuring the day-to-day organisation of our providers. The position on offer is temporary Full Time with the flexibility of working a 4-day week.
Responsibilities:
- Practice compliance
- Day-to-day operation of the dental practice
- Provisions of clinical support
- Practice management and leadership
About you
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector in a relevant role or 2IC experience
- Computer skills, including the use of Office 365 (outlook, excel) and working knowledge of Dental for Windows (D4W)
- Managing and leading a team
- Presenting a professional appearance
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Current Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong organisational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication, customer service and phone skills
- Diploma in Practice Management or a similar management qualification is preferred
