Seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to build our Behaviour Therapy practice and set clinical standards which lead the sector and change the life trajectory of the children (and families) which we support.
The key responsibilities are to build and develop our Behaviour Therapy practice:
- Recruit and onboard behaviour support specialists.
- Supervise, coach and support 10-12 behaviour support specialists (Therapy Supervisors).
- Maintain consistent and high-quality early intervention clinical standards for clients.
- Review and improve our Early Learner and School-Aged Programs to ensure strong outcomes.
THE SALARY PACKAGE & BENEFITS
We are offering a salary package ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 to the candidate with the right credentials as well as strong clinical and management experience.
Some of the benefits of this role include 6 weeks paid annual leave, which is 50% above NES. Lizard also offers 6 weeks paid parental leave.
The package is inclusive of a $3,000 professional development allowance to further clinical knowledge and expertise.
