Role Overview:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our practice's daily operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating patient scheduling, overseeing billing and financial activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with healthcare providers to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily operations of the practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
•Ensure accurate and timely billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
•Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
•Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize workflow and patient care delivery.
•Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
•Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and excellence in patient care.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred).
•Proven experience in healthcare administration or practice management role.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Proficiency in medical billing systems and electronic health records (EHR) software.
•Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
