Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Dental Boutique Sydney. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, oversee the daily operations of our practice, ensure exceptional patient care, and lead a team of dedicated dental professionals who are passionate about transforming lives through their smiles. You will be supported by other team leads including: a book management lead, clinical lead and front office coordinator lead, two principle Dentists and a whole host of others ensuring your success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the dental practice, embodying our core value of going above and beyond to exceed patient expectations.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and patient care, excelling with passion and care in every interaction to deliver life-changing smiles.
- Implement practice policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Lead and support a team of dental professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on our patients' lives, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring every patient interaction is positive and impactful.
- Oversee financial processes to ensure accurate and timely payments, allowing our patients to focus on their transformative dental experiences.
- Work within an executive team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, upholding our commitment to ethical and high-quality dental care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dental practice/ Healthcare management or a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for empowering and inspiring a young and dynamic team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, dedicated to creating transformative experiences for our patients.
- Experience with dental software and office management systems, supporting our team in providing efficient and effective care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and building strong relationships with patients and staff, embodying our core value of coming to work with positivity and happiness.
