The Doctors Mackay is a renowned medical practice committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community. With a team of dedicated doctors and staff, we uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism. We are a Mixed  billing practice that currently has 5 doctors.

**Role Overview:**
As our Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our medical practice. Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures
- Manage finances, including billing and accounts payable/receivable
- Coordinate staff schedules and rostering
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and support to the team

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in medical practice management software
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
