We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and organised Practice Manager to support and lead our team and help build the practice.
With an excellent working environment with friendly staff and patients, we are now looking for a Practice Manager to join the team.
Must have proven leadership and management experience or the drive to move into a Practice Management role.
What we are looking for in this role is someone who possesses:
- At least 12 months experience working in a Senior Medical Receptionist/ 2IC or Management setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- Great leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Ability to meet KPI targets
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards.
- Ability to lead a busy practice
- Dependable and reliable in character and possess a strong work ethic.
- High level of troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Best Practice desirable.
