We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Armadale team!

Our clinic is well-equipped with a separate sterile surgery, a separate imaging room, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, IM3 dental, Bair Hugger equipment and we are accredited with Stress Free Handling.
Most conveniently we are a co-location clinic, on-site within a Petbarn retail store - we love having these guys next door, and it allows for a loyal and highly engaged clientele of pet owners.
About Your New Role
Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
About Your Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members Vet Nurse experience favourable but not essential Strong communication and customer service skills Good business acumen and organisational skills Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
