We are looking for an experienced veterinary nurse to join our friendly team in a combined nursing and practice management role.
As our Practice Manager you will be actively providing leadership and guidance to a team that is devoted to providing the highest standards of veterinary care.
About the role:
- Managing the day-to-day operational requirements of running a veterinary clinic in conjunction with the clinic directors
- Payroll , HR (including staff performance reviews, support & professional development), financial record keeping & monitoring.
- Rostering & staff coordination to meet clinic needs
- Supporting the team to ensure there is strong communication amongst all and motivating the team to meet their goals
- Coordinate monthly staff meetings and follow up.
- Client liaison including feedback & complaints
- Marketing & Public relations including keeping the website & social media up to date
- Recruitment and induction of new team members
- Develop and implement Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation
- Develop and improve the clinic processes and procedures
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Adaptable and have the ability to support change within the team and clinic
This position is full, offering 38 hours per week. We are a very supportive team with a strong focus on continuing education, offering learning and development opportunities to support your professional growth.
