POSITION:
- Full gamut of legal accounting including trust and office accounts.
- All aspects of practice management.
- Reporting to LSB
- Produce management reports.
- Control client billing - process, reporting and cash flow management.
- Manage workflow and recoveries.
- Budgets and KPIs.
- IT.
- Manage and process payroll and associated reports and payments.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Oversee administration.
- Manage admin staff.
- Manage the firms computer systems and upgrades.
YOU:
- Previous experience in a similar role a must.
- Knowledge and experience of Trust Account Rules.
- Clear understanding of time sheets and chargeable time.
- Capable of preparing business reports and supervising admin staff.
- Excellent IT skills including File Pro and Action Step.
