Practice Manager | Sydney Holistic Dental Centre

Excellent career opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager with exceptional leadership, management and people skills. This dynamic role is ideal for candidates with a strong business acumen and a background in dental or healthcare experience is preferred.

SydneyHolisticDentalCentre is a premier dental practice and national leader in holistic dentistry, located in Sydney CBD. We are also a part of the ever-growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores!

We provide optimal oral care to our patients by placing equal importance on three key areas: patient care, technical skills and team work.

Centrally & conveniently located in Sydney CBD – adjacent to Hyde Park and train stations.

The Heart of the role: 

• Effectively coach and lead a high performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
• Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget.
• Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control.
• Proactively market your practice to drive patient numbers.
• Effectively manage recruitment & HR matters.
• Help with reception and general administration where needed including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps.

The successful candidate will bring to the practice the following attributes and skills:

• Ability to engage, motivate and manage team to achieve their best.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong focus on patient care.
• Strong business acumen, understanding how to generate income and control costs.
• Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice.
• Problem solving any issues that may arise with ease.
• Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries.
