To go into our next phase of growth we are looking for a seasoned and networked Practice Manager to lead the build on our offerings across Canberra and ensure that Davidson Technology is building its reputation locally as a leading workplace performance business. You will have a strong support network of fellow leaders across states and specialisations, and this is your opportunity to build and grow roots for a leading national, Australian owned business which has a proven track record and many stories to tell across our work within the public sector.
This role has many facets and key focus areas, key responsibilities include:
• Leading Sales activity from the front.
• Responsibility for the quality of service, outputs, interactions that are made by team.
• Working with the Regional General Manager on Continuous improvement of sales practices, capability lifting, measuring and managing the effectiveness of the team’s activities.
• Ensuring a sales strategy for the ACT is co-designed and implemented at a local and individual level with clear goals in line with our overall business strategic plan.
• Leading coaching teams through thought leadership, running effective sales initiatives to ensure activity and energy remain high.
• Have the ability to enable cultural changes in line with our strong set of values – one of which is the ‘pursuit of happiness’ – maintaining and building on a workplace where people want to come to as a place of purpose.
