Property Risk Australia is a risk management consultancy established in 2016, led by experienced industry leaders with offices in Gold Coast, Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra and Melbourne.
We are looking for someone with solid consulting experience and able to mentor and lead the Canberra team.This position became available due to interstate relocation and would suit an experienced professional looking for more responsibility in management role. This is an opportunity where you can genuinely make your own.
We encourage professionals with greater than 10 years of experience to apply with the following core areas of experties:
- Licensed Asbestos Assessor and
- Experience in hazardous materials surveys, abatement and remediation projects; or
- Occupational hygiene monitoring and risk assessments.
The following attributes would be preferred:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience;;
- Ability to manage projects and a small team;
- Mentor and develop a team of jconsultants;
- Maintain current and grow/establish new client relationships;
- Understanding of ISO and NATA process
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent reporting ability and attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically;
- Ability to deliver training presentations;
- Ability to communicate with clients and other key stakeholders; and
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
