SalaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager with Min of 3 years experience, to join our team. The Practice Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the delivery of high quality care for all our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day operations of the clinic including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Manage administrative functions such as billing, invoicing, and inventory control.
- Experience in using Best Practice
- Ability to manage key expenses in line with budget and KPI's
- Ability to engage, motive and manage team members to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Experience in onboarding, training and rostering team members, as well as onboarding new doctors.
