An excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Rehabilitation Speech Pathologist to join our friendly and community-based team at Wallaroo providing specialist rehabilitation services across inpatient and ambulatory settings within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
In this role you will work in partnership with local team members and metropolitan-based Rehabilitation Specialists, to contribute to the planning, development and implementation of Rehabilitation services based in Wallaroo. Services will focus on improving health outcomes, functional capacity and quality of life, in accordance with the Statewide Rehabilitation Service Plans.
