As Practice Manager of this dynamic studio, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, as well as supporting the team with project programming and bids & submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Financial management, including overseeing invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll
- Assist the Bids and Submissions team with the tender process
- Key stakeholder relationship management including client agreements, variations, budgets and reporting
- Overseeing new business and bid processes
- Update and review documentation standards and protocols
- Manage communications and social media outputs
- HR administration, including policy writing and recruitment
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Xero accounting software
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Experience with project programming and management
