Kiama Gentle Dentist offers a wide range of services to care for our patients - this includes general, preventative, implant, cosmetic dentistry. We are located in central Kiama.

As DPM, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day practice operations
- Manage the Front Office and Administration duties to ensure all duties are completed
- Assist practitioners and team members with various tasks and requests
- Ensure our culture is reflected across all aspects of our practice from the look and feel of the office through to the team and patient experience
- Oversee the appointment schedule, answer calls, schedule appointments
- Process payments and claims, including EFTPOS, HICAPS claims
- Accounts reconciliation, banking & debtors/collections management
- Approving time sheets and entering payroll hours
- Leave management, planning and approval
- Inventory management, ordering and controlling stock
- Listening to patient feedback and resolving complaints
- Training, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members
- Team performance management and task delegation
- Preparing for and leading meetings
- Infection prevention and regulatory compliance
- Documenting team procedures, policies and frameworks
- Practice, equipment and IT maintenance and troubleshooting
THE PERFECT APPLICANT
- Dental or healthcare management experience

- You're a natural with technology and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a Dental Practice Management System (we use D4W)
