About the Role:
Are you a dynamic and compassionate healthcare professional ready to take on a pivotal role in patient care? We're seeking a dedicated Practice Coordinator / Nurse to join our vibrant team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
This role has responsibility for embedding good clinical practice and governance across clinical administration touchpoints for myeden members, and ensuring medical staff are clinically supported across the continuum of care in the myeden telehealth platform.
- Collect and document patient demographics, medical histories, symptoms, and relevant documents or test results.
- Lead and manage responses to myeden members and clinic patients which center on patient health concerns or medical screening, assessment, consultation and post-consultation support or issues.
- Manage complaints and feedback which pertain to myeden health services, clinics, clinical operations, and patient care.
- Collaborate with insurance providers, process billing, and assist patients with insurance-related queries.
- Assist GPs by providing detailed notes on the patient's condition, symptoms, and specific concerns discussed during consultations.
- Manage patient scheduling, ensuring efficient appointment coordination and follow-up.
- Document essential details accurately to aid in diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information is available for GPs during consultations.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Support development of any clinical materials or resources required for effective, safe and efficient clinic operations.
This role will have a blend of online and in person consultations, with our office located in Balaclava.
About You:

- Experience in Patient Care or Healthcare Administration
- Proactive, resilient self-starter
- Capable of building customer and stakeholder relationships
- Time management and multitasking skills and the ability to priorities tasks to ensure an effective, organized workflow
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Bachelors in Nursing/Pharmacy or other relevant field is desirable
