ABOUT THE ROLE
Wirreanda on Wheatsheaf Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic AHPRA registered RN to work approximately 4 days per week and cover sick leave on short notice and annual leave. No shift or after hours work. The successful candidate will be flexible with times, be a great team player who is motivated and enjoys working in a fast pace environment. You will receive supportive full on the job training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical patient care, including wound management, immunisations and other relevant procedures.
- Health Assessment and Chronic Disease Management.
- Effectively manage the Treatment Room and coordinate the medical supplies.
- Co-ordinate Community Care Services
- Cold Chain Management
- ECG /Iron Infusions
- Assist with minor procedures
- Home health assessments
- Maintain Infection Control as per policy and procedures.
- Triage – over the phone and in person.
- Spirometry
- ABOUT YOU
- No Experience necessary as full on the job training will be provided
- Ideal position for newly registered nurses.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment.
- Flexibility – to be able to cover sick leave at short notice.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- AHPRA registration
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Current Working with Children Check certificate
- CPR certificate
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
