Family Doctor is seeking a dedicated General Medical Practice Support Manager to join our Support Office Team in Hawthorn East for a dynamic new role on a six-month contract.

About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide additional support to our clinic Practice Managers. This role involves working closely with the Operations Team to achieve high-performing primary care delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing various projects and initiatives, providing online training support to Practice Managers, assisting in data review and corrective actions, and ensuring that our practices continue to deliver exceptional service.
About You:
- Experienced Medical Practice Manager of a General Practice
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong business skills and understanding of the financial management of a medical business including Practice Incentive Programs
- Comprehensive understanding of the front end management, including Medicare rebates, debtor analysis, 3rd party claiming, etc.
- Experience with Best Practice Software essential.
- Experience in Practice Accreditation.
