We are looking for a Practice Support Officer (PSO) to provide administrative support to the director, practice leaders and consultants at Worklogic to effectively and efficiently manage complex and sensitive workplace misconduct investigations and interpersonal conflict resolution. The PSO performs a variety of tasks that involve coordination, planning, research and analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience or the capability to:
- Summarise and analyse complex information into workplace investigations, preliminary assessments and workplace culture reviews and initial drafting of reports.
- Coordinate information related to workplace investigations, preliminary assessments, workplace culture reviews to ensure matters are progressed in a timely fashion. This includes preparing information for dissemination to parties and coordination of interview schedules as required.
- Accurately organise and store information including complex evidence and data gathered during investigations and workplace culture reviews.
- Conduct research on workplace trends by gathering and analysing information from a variety of research sources and provide accurate written summaries of issues and trends.
You will be details focused with strong written and advanced computer skills and a meticulous planner. We know that this is a unique role so you will be supported with training and guidance.
