EACH is a NDIS Partner in the Community delivering the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) Services in New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory. The Early Childhood Approach helps families with children aged 0 - 9 with assistance, advice and access to the supports in your local community.

• Full-time position until 30th June 2025
• Based at our Southern NSW sites including Moruya, Bega or Goulburn

What you’ll be doing
In this fast-paced role no two days will be the same! As Team Lead your duties will be to:

• Support staff from various disciplines and skills to work together to deliver best practice, outcomes based early interventions.
• Quality systems are in place to ensure KPIs, targets and other performance outcomes are met.
• Provides regular coaching, supervision, and training to create a culture of excellence where people reflect, continuously improve, and grow professionally.
• Maintains a caseload of children and families delivering early intervention supports and where necessary supporting the family to access the NDIS.
• Monitors data and workflows and takes action to ensure services delivered to families are timely.  
• Uses data from a range of sources and stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Plans early supports programs that are evidence based, build capacity, are delivered in natural settings and support children and families to achieve their goals.
• Plans and delivers and induction program for new staff and develops resources and practice guides to enable staff to consistently deliver high quality services.  

• A tertiary qualification in allied health or education.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership position Extensive knowledge and application of child development, developmental delay, disability, and the best practice approach to early childhood intervention.
• Ability to use negotiation, conflict resolution and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Highly developed level interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with all people to establish and maintain effective relationships.
• flexible “can do” approach.
• A National NDIS Worker Screening Check, relevant working with children checks and NDIS pre-engagement screening is cleared prior to commencement of employment.
