My client is a leading NZ & Australian boutique consultancy, focused on providing their clients with innovative and Performance Management, Planning & Reporting and Analytics Services.  They have key strengths with SAP BPC and Analytics Cloud plus Infor EPM and MS Power BI Solutions.

Due to growth, they require a strong hybrid Practice Leader/Project Manager to help manage local teams and project pipelines.  This Senior role has tasks of practice leader, reporting, governance, project & customer success management; it is not pre-sales focused. 

Due to the flat heirachy this role reports directly to one of the Director/Founders.

While my client is ramping up well across ANZ, they are still considered a boutique service provider, so this role is more about the individual than exact technology experiences. 
All SAP/ERP Financial Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting & Financial Analytics experiences are highly desirable but equally impressive are all consulting, leadership or project lead experiences. 

 
Essentials:

You will required to perform and have experiences of:-

• 15+ years of high-quality ERP/SAP experiences with a strong grounding in driving initiatives / projects / businesses themed on Performance management modernisation.
• Stakeholder management
• Relationship building/Vendor management
• Risk Awareness & Management
• True solution based consulting
• Team Leadership, mentoring, performance management
• Excellent customer handling skills and the ability to win customers trust and confidence based on your expertise
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience working with a strategic solution consultancy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills
• Local ANZ based experiences
