ABOUT THE ROLE.
Reporting to the Director, you will manage the pre-construction phase of a landmark commercial project. You will be responsible for getting this project from DA to BA with assistance from the Director, then delivering the project.
Site Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity. You will be equally versed and strong in structures as you are in finishes. You will be working on this project from start to finish and will place much focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.
DUTIES.
- Design management
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Client management
- Ensuring project is delivered according to program, budget and quality
- A Construction degree is advantageous
- Pre-construction experience is advantageous, including DA/BA. Happy to consider someone who is interested and has had some exposure
- Demonstrated project experience above $20M
