Diploma Room Leader Role - working at this excellent centre in Engadine - Fantastic working conditions!

Earlyhood Education & Care is dedicated to sourcing the most passionate and sought-after Early Childhood Educators & Teachers across Sydney.
This privately owned Kindergarten located in Engadine are looking for a Diploma trained Educator to work with children aged 2 to 6 years only. The position commences as soon as possible.
*On site parking and close to Engadine train-station*
About this role:

• Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
• Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
• Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
• Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

What we are looking for

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current/Valid working With Children’s Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
• The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
• A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care

• Paying above award rate ($42ph)
• Work with preschool-age group (2-6 years old)
• An additional educator in each room which is above the ratio requirement under the Regulations - excellent working condition
