What this job involves:
We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Precinct Technology Manager, you will be based on site working across five Premium Grade commercial assets. You will be responsible for assisting the National Building Technology Manager by overseeing and managing the technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
A snapshot of the role:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good practices in relation to maintenance of the of the
- Implementation and maintenance of planned preventative maintenance and other information databases
- Ongoing management of all relative specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works
- Assisting tenants, stakeholders and the property management teams with training and the use of applications and systems
- Assist to prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitor and update budgets on a quarterly basis
