SalaryOur client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of analytical scientific testing instruments in the Eastern suburbs. We are looking for an experienced Precision Assembly worker to assist in the production, quality control and packing of these scientific instruments (e.g. handmade measuring syringes). Must have very good command of the English language and have excellent numerical skills. Nimble fingers and attention to detail is vital as work can often be of fine, small objects.
2 Warehouse store persons required (day shift)
4 Precision assembly workers required (2 day shifts, 2 afternoon shifts)
Training is provided however previous experience in medical/ pharmaceutical Precision Assembly work or precision electronic assembly work in similar industry is highly regarded. Day shifts and afternoon shift positions available. The positions are casual through an agency with the possibility of work extension depending on work availability and capabilities. Pay rate is at award rate or higher plus super depending on role/shift. Applicant needs to undergo Suitability and Practical Tests at interviews. Initial 2-3 weeks before review. You need to be able to start immediately if successful. Previous unsuccessful applicants need not apply. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
