- Australian recognised trade certificate – Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade.
- Appointed Persons – Schedule 26.
- Working Rights within Australia.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Able to interpret and follow engineering drawings.
- Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards
- Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
- Strong Alignment experience
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Supervision of highly skilled trades & non-trades in the project & shutdown environment across sites throughout the Pilbara
- Planning and scheduling executing crew’s workloads to meet project requirements and timeframes
- Ensure all project activities are undertaken in a safe & timely manner in accordance with the project scope of work
- Support the HSE program within your work area, ensuring sufficient resources are available & team are always compliant.
- Lead HSE by example by conducting pre-start and toolbox meetings; field leadership interactions and workplace inspections.
- Executing project deliverables involving apron feeders, car dumpers, reclaimers, stackers, train load out (TLO).
- Provide day to day leadership and direction to the precision maintenance and project team, allocating duties to team member to ensure scope targets are met and client expectations are exceeded.
