Our Workers' Compensation team are on the lookout for a Premium Consultant to join their team. This role is otherwise known as a Policy Officer/Specialist or Underwriting Officer/Specialist. Fundamentally, this role is designed to provide premium advice to existing and new clients, ensuring they get the most from their Workers' Compensation Insurance policies. This role can be based out of any of our VIC, NSW, TAS or Brisbane offices.
About the Role
Joining a highly collaborative and supportive team, our Premium Consultant will be responsible for providing general advice to clients in relation to claims management & premium reductions through RTW strategies.
The main objectives of our Premium Consultant are to
- complete renewal and placement programs for clients
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and
- conduct workplace industry classification reviews
The success of this role will hinge on a couple of key factors and Relationship Management sits at the top of the list. Supporting our clients with analysis and genuine solutions will provide great satisfaction and reward as you utilise your knowledge and leverage your attributes.
