The opportunity:
The Premium Service team are dedicated to assisting our top Financial Adviser Practices at AIA Australia. Our Premium Relationship Representatives manage a panel upwards of 15 adviser practices. Aligned to AIA segmentation model, targeting our gold and platinum practices, delivering profitable growth.
As the first point of contact for these practices a Premium Relationship Representative will assist in New Business, Existing Business, Product and Process related enquiries.
A Premium Relationship Representative will drive productivity through relationship management and education with their Adviser Practices to build an ease of doing business relationship.
Working closely within the Retail Pod structure, the Premium Representative will hold both a clear understanding and input to the set objectives jointly agreed between AIA and the practice. These will include, new business sales, retention, AIA Vitality engagement and process improvements.
To do this successfully you will:
- To build and maintain a positive and proactive relationship with our advisers. Continuously engage and educate to assist advisers with any enquiries they may have.
- Ensure that all KPI's including productivity and internal quality and risk measures are met across Life, Health, and AIA Vitality.
- Provide a high level of service for both Priority Protection & Tailored Protection products. This includes end to end case and suspense management for New Business and In Force policies.
- Retention support based on activity from advisers as a part of our Premium Service offering. Including the proactive weekly management of lapse propensity reporting, for both panel, Premium Service advisers and / or as instructed.
- Ensuring that all advisers requests are actioned within agreed service levels and within agreed quality and efficiency benchmarks.
- Proactively manage day to day adherence and availability by actively communicating within the Premium Service Team
- Consistently display behaviours that encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture.
- Actively participating in team meetings and the Performance, Feedback and Review Process, including initiating, and driving development plans
- To productively work, support and maintain effectiveness of self and others whilst working in an ever-changing business environment. This may also involve working independently to keep up to date with Legislative and compliance issues.
- Pro-active development of skills to perform current duties competently and for future career progression. Active participation in performance feedback and career development.
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Customer Service/Contact Centre experience
- Experience working in a time demanding and process driven environment
- Experienced in MS Office Tools
