Premium Services Hosts - The Star Gold Coast

As a Premium Services Host, you will deliver an outstanding service to our guests as they enter our VIP Gaming Rooms as well as completing room reservations, limousine transfers and air travel arrangements. This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a luxurious experience for our guests.

What are we looking for?

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services preferred
• Good computer skills with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera, Fidelio- highly regarded)
• A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access)
• The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
• Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
